Getting Started

How do I access my course? 

Sign in with your email address at training.letterland.com/profile. Once signed in, select the course you're enrolled in, then open its course player.

I’ve been signed up for a course, but I don’t have any confirmation emails? 

Confirmation emails are sent automatically as soon as you're enrolled, so check your junk folder first.

I’ve received a “ticket” for a course. What do I do with it?

Click “Redeem Your Ticket” in your ticket email to sign up for the Training Portal and get access to your course.  

I’ve received an enrollment confirmation. What’s my first step?

Watch the introductory video and review the other materials available before your live virtual session. Your enrollment email has a direct link to start your course.

I can’t see my course in my account?

Your course appears as soon as you sign in with the same email address your ticket or enrollment was sent to, so double-check that they match.

Training Sessions

What's the difference between a Live Session and an On-Demand Session?

Live Sessions are delivered over Zoom by a certified trainer, so you can ask questions and get support as you go. On-demand sessions are a recording of a live session, also led by a certified trainer, for when your schedule doesn't allow for a live slot.

We recommend live sessions where possible, and you'll still get a replay to access afterward.

What should I do before the training session? 

  1. Watch the introductory videos to get the core concepts down before your trainer builds on them in the session.
  2. Read through the session handouts so you’re up to speed with the teaching procedures your trainer will model.
  3. Keep your Teacher’s Guides handy, as they’ll be referenced throughout the session.

How long should I set aside to prepare before the training session?

30 to 60 minutes.

I don’t have a physical copy of the Teacher’s Guide. What do I do?

Use the sample lesson in the course player instead!

How do I join a Live Session?

You'll get reminder emails 1 day, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before the session, each with a direct link. It runs via Zoom, inside your course player.

What happens if I miss the Live Session?

We recommend attending live, but a recording is available to all participants afterward. If you know in advance you'll miss your session and want to attend a different date, get in touch and we'll help you move it.

How do I get my certificate of completion? 

Complete the feedback form in your course, using the session ID your trainer gives you during the session. Your certificate is then emailed automatically.

How long do I have access to the course? 

You have access to the course and all the materials within it for one full year from your enrollment date.
